A good value stay

Room was lovely and within walkable distance of the city. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Had a terrace which was a real treat on a hot day. Students living in accommodation were friendly and polite.

Just a nice little no fuss place to stay

This place was just lovely, not 5 star lovely, but 2 star value lovely, and a great breakfast for 4 euros, just bread, ham, cheese, coffee, juice. Friendly staff as well and a great location.

Good price / value Except of bad smell in the room and the uncomfortable mattress, everything was excellent. Hopefully they can do something with these two issues and I'll return to this student accomodation in the future.

Good Standard Accommodation

Good location in a quiet part of the city, but still central. Five minutes from Turia Park, immediately opposite the Mestalla Stadium and with two supermarkets within five minutes walk. The old town is a little further at around 20 minutes and the Science and Arts museums around the same the opposite direction. The accommodation was great for me as I was travelling alone and it had it's own kitchen area in the room.

It is perfect for solo traveler. You have all you need to live, wash machines, gym. The breakfast was nice. Staff was great, the guard at night does not know English, it will be better if knew some more. The only issue was that in the gym there was not cleaning paper for the machines, there was sweat stains on machines, easy to clean if you provide a paper roll and a simple cleaning product.

Front receptionist is an ogre, otherwise great!

The exceptionally rude older receptionist lady earned a reputation for being frustrating and incompetent among the guests...not just to me. When I arrived at 15:15, she ignored me and would not attend to me at check in for 15+ minutes. She wouldn't acknowledge that I was standing there as I patiently waited upon arrival because she was "finishing something else." Then, she said she couldn't find my reservation, while her kind and congenial colleague attended to five other guests while I was standing there waiting. It was painful after a long journey to have a rude person push you around because she has a small iota of power and is utterly incompetent. Jessica in Housekeeping, Maria at the Breakfast hall, and the rest of the reception staff including Jean Lucas were excellent, kind, conscientious, and made the stay very pleasant. I would come back because of them. The location near the stadium is superb and connection to the Metro is convenient. I hope the rude front desk lady gets some training on customer service. She is awful and had a bad attitude every single day. Saying good morning demonstrates courtesy, education, and respect, especially when we were forced to interact with her to get our breakfast voucher each day. She had no respect or courtesy for guests or other employees, which was really sad to experience.

It is in a convenient place if you are visiting Valencia . It is quite close to the university and not so far from the Cathedral. It has everything what you need although the room was small.

Ótima relação custo benefício.

Hotel econômico, perto da universidade e em frente ao estádio de futebol. Região tranquila, próximo a estações de metrô, parques, e tudo de ótimo que Valência tem. É possível caminhar até o centro histórico em 25 minutos. A academia no subsolo atende bem para exercícios de musculação, e ainda tem esteiras e bicicletas. A recepção estava em reforma, o que foi informado previamente por e-mail antes do check in. Está ficando bem bonita. Devido a reforma, o café tinha de ser tomado em um lugar na mesma quadra, que tinha uma ótima tostada com tomate e um bom café. O quarto tem uma pequena cozinha, que funciona bem para refeições rápidas, e tem micro-ondas. Há um Mercadona a duas quadras, o que te faz economizar com restaurantes. Dica: ter um pano de pia de cozinha, para secar mãos e usar nas refeições. Único ponto a melhorar para mim foi a cama, que tem um colchão mole / macio demais e o corpo afunda um pouco (e eu tenho 76kg).

Opción conveniente. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para prepararse una comida rápida y seguir. Supermercado, metro, bicicletas y buses a distancia caminable. Para la playa: 15 minutos en bicicleta. Zona nocturna: 15 minutos caminando.
