Our second stay with you and just as fantastic this time round. Super comfortable apartment, well equipped and spotlessly clean accommodation. Location is amazing, everything on your doorstep in the old city. Friendly and helpful check in, arranged our return airport taxi. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic location, modern clean room, comfortable bed, extremely friendly and helpful staff…couldn’t have asked for more. Just make sure to pre-book parking here if driving as your license plate needs to be registered for the restricted driving area

A truly top notch place to stay

Although a bit tough to find at first, it is a great location with fantastic facilities. It is quiet neighborhood in the heart of the old city. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating and completely customer service focused. I plan to return to Valencia and wouldn't consider staying elsewhere!

I loved the fact that the bathrooms had a bidet. I loved the living room and kitchen. It was perfect for when we had food to keep in the fridge. The hotel was a 2 min walk to Virgin Square which is where all the action is at night.

Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was awesome, close to many tourist attractions. I stayed in a 2 bedrooms one bath apartment on the 4th floor. Beds were comfortable, kitchen utensils and dishes were well stocked, but bathroom was quite small and lack counter space. The living room ceiling was sloped to follow the roof line which resulted in reduced headroom and smaller windows., likely because the apartment is on the top floor. Overall, I feel the apartment is a good option for short term stay.

The property was in the heart of the historic district. The apartment was clean. However, the internet was slow and communication with staff. was spotty. They almost seemed annoyed when we approached them with questions.

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment. It was big, clean and with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were beautiful with great showers. The location was perfect to visit the Center of the city and all its attractions. The negative was that the apartment did not have natural light and was dark at all hours of the day. We had a unit on the first floor where 2 windows faced a construction site and one faced a narrow street. Perhaps it is the nature of the location but that was the only negative.

Large modern apartment. Well appointed. A couple of minutes from cathedral. Let down by very limited reception hours. Have to download app, receive multiple emails, make phonecalls when app doesn't work. Very stressful! In future will avoid properties using the app.

Although it says a NON smoking property, the room smelled very bad to smoke. The cleaning lady was smoking outside so for sure she smokes inside the rooms when doing her job. Also the room did not look at all as the photos on the web, it is not as nice and well decorated as it shows. The location is very good and walkable everywhere and very close to retaurants and cafes. Do not book this property if you have a car, the hotel is very hard to find as some streets are closed and they are very narrow.

Fantastic spot in a great location. Just very difficult to find if you are driving a vehicle, even with gps. We parked our vehicle and hired a taxi just to find it, but even he said he could not drive down the street at night. We parked our vehicle several blocks away in a parkade and walked. Finally a food delivery person on a bike was able to direct us there. It was fantastic then, but still tricky to get the car into the area. One of the reasons we selected this accommodation was that Expedia said it was free self parking on the website. Unfortunately, we had to pay 17 or 18 euros each night.

Excellent appartments with parking in heart oldtow

Inside an old building, a great modern hotel, very efficiently run by extremely helpful staff This is an apartment hotel meaning you have a little suite of rooms including cooking facilities. Everything good quality and modern, the rooms and Hotel were very clean. It also means there is not dining or breakfast room. The hotel is right in the heart of the old town a stone's throw ( 3 minutes walk) from the main square and cathedral. This was wonderful. The hotel has excellent underground parking. Pay Attention! The streets around are pedestrianised old town streets, you get special access allowance from the hotel. However navigation is very hard. Do not put the hotel or even the nearby square into Google maps! Rather the hotel sends picture directions starting on a main ( full access) junction. Put that start point int Google maps then follow the hotel's directions so CAREFULLY READ THE HOTELS DIRECTIONS ALL THE WAY THROUGH IN ADVANCE. (You'll have guessed I didn't.)
