It was everything we wanted in our stay. Cheap and cheerful in a nice and clean space. Staff were friendly and the only issue we had was that there was only one locker for two people so that was a tight fit. Otherwise it was a great stay in a great location!
The allowed us to check in very early, and to store our luggage after we checked out for 2euro per bag. Worth it to know your luggage is safe.
The capsules are definitely not noise canceling, and you can hear people moving around. But all of the guests tried very hard to be quiet. Shared bathroom spaces were very clean. Better than a traditional hostel in my opinion because at least you have privacy within your capsule.
Capsule is super cosy and perfect for two people. I would recommend bringing a backpack as we did instead of suitcases as lockers may not fit them in. Shower/toilet/ changing rooms were excellent and clean and had hairdryers. Showers were a little chilly as you could not adjust the temperature but that didn’t matter too much. Body wash available in the showers as well. Staff on reception were super helpful and friendly and you can keep your bags there after checkout for 2 euros each and have a shower after checkout for 5 euros each which was super useful. There’s also a communal fridge to keep things in if you wish. Overall a lovely stay, super close to bus stops which ere easy to navigate and it’s within walking distance of the town.
Very friendly and helpful staff, good location about 10-15 min from the city center. The concept is great but there are doing some construction which makes it noisy in the morning, and some toilets and showers don’t have a lock.
The mattress is hard, which was uncomfortable for me. The place to store your luggage is good for 2 carry-ons and a bag pack.
I didn’t use the common area but you have lots of tables, a fridge and some appliances.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness
Not bad, but it was not entirely to my personal taste. I previously stayed in another capsule place that offered much better infrastructure and cleanliness. I had high expectations for this one, but ultimately, I was disappointed. The bathrooms were very unclean, and the other guests were very noisy.
On the positive side, the staff managing the place were kind and helpful, and the location was superb.
I hope the management reads my review and improves bathroom cleanliness and enforces the noise policy.
Though there were good features, this was the wrong property for me. I needed a room of my own. partly because of my urine infection , and partly because at my
advanced age, its a bit of a strain on me to bend down to
enter in and out of a non normal room height capsule.
I would suggest that expedia may be partly at fault with
promotion as this was promoted along with hotels,
Staff though were helpful and the showers OK
Easy option if you need somewhere for a few nights. Handy walkable distance to everything. While the cleaner was always around, it appeared that other guests didnt care what state they left the toilet or showers in. Guests often ignored the quiet signs also and the squeaky door meant a very light sleep.
The cleaning lady did a fantastic job, but they charge you for towels and if you want to keep your belings for a little while. The smell in the girls restroom smelled like mildew. I was unable to sleep and it feels very closed in I felt like I was suficating
It was my first time because of I needed to stay a little longer after I got from my first address.
I thought it is a fun concept and was really surprised by the look of it. This capsules first look like you came into a Star Wars set or something, but it was fun and clever. In combination with good pricing and distance from the centre I certainly will come back next time I visit Valencia en would also recommend it to my friends.
Arrived to a wet bed with a foul odor. Dirty walls inside, hair and debri. Redeptionist switched the capsule for us but the next one was also wet, smelled bad, and was filled with even more hair and misc debri.
At that point staff had left and we had no further options but to leave. We did not stay.
Unfortunately the capsules are not really sound proof and the doors to the rooms were loud, squeaky, and slammed every time someone was up or down. So it was very difficult to sleep.
It's a nice concept, but overall not for me.
Once past the reception and into the pod area, everything feels almost space-like! Great having a locker for the length of my stay to keep things secure outside of the pod. Once I'd worked it all out, I loved the pod's futuristic control panel for lighting and airflow, as well as sockets for device charging. There was no TV, but not the end of the world. Everyone was generally respectful about noise in the pod area, given that people could be sleeping, however they are not sound-proofed and so there is regular noise from movement in and out and the electronic locking / unlocking noise of the pod doors. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future, for a couple of nights.

People got loud in the middle of the night and hostel staff leave at 12 so they weren’t there to tell them to quiet down. Towels are not provided for free, you have to pay £2 for every clean towel you want to use. You’re given 1 key even if you’re with another person and you have to pay 20£ if you lose it. 2 pillows per pod, 1 top sheet and 1 small comforter. Had to beg the staff to turn on the ac in the main room because it was so hot in the pod and they would begrudgingly turn it on only to turn it off a couple hours later.
