「Very clean facility and nice helpful staff. Easy to get to both train stations (Norte, Chamartín) although Norte is a bit of a walk. But I'm 74 and didn't have a problem. I think i would recommend the double pod for solo travelers. Much more room and the lockers are bigger. Kind of a dorm like experience with common showers and bathrooms.」
