"Perfect location to explore the area. We were there for the Llangollen Round - a 35 mile event - and it was the perfect place to begin. We had an amazing outdoor space which we used all the time as the weather was kind to us. We ate outside too as there wasn't a table for 4 accessible without having to move furniture about in the lounge. The TV we gave up with as too small to see and we were just enjoying having a chat anyway. The kitchen appliances were fantastic but could have done with a...

"Room was old and tired .no bar available and was not what the website advert offered .was clean and plenty of hot water ..we saw our host once at check in and that took 2 seconds to be handed a key ."

"It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful"
