The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. 「I'm afraid that we're extremely disappointed with the state if this property. It smells of damp and water ingress everywhere, with stains and skirting hanging off, there's an overpowering smell and generally uncleandownstairs bedroom. I'm not sure how you can charge for this. 」

「Location is great. Hote Is basic as reflected in price as well as reviews. Restaurant at hotel was terribly understaffed - only one chef. Took an hour and 20 mins for food to arrive. Secondly, there was no daily cleaning or towel change and was not mentioned clearly.」

「Property was really central to grocery stores and the riverside park. Easy to walk to so many areas of Llangollen. Property somewhat worn and needs a good paint job but wear and tear is understandable on a place that sees so many holiday makers. Great location, largish cottage with nice views from upstairs windows.」
