「Everything about the Hotel Stelvio was great. A lovely welcome when we arrived and a spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. (And a lovely view of the mountains!) The bathroom was spotless too. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food and there was also a great selection of teas available. The location was great, about 7 mins walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again when in Tirano. 」

「Stayed in a new room as they’re expanding. Clean, convenient, great staff and convenience of an excellent restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful. Great spot with great views but about a 5 minute walk including over a pedestrian bridge to get to the main building which includes the restaurant and reception area. Walk is safe, mostly flat with sidewalks but runs parallel to busy street. Scenery is gorgeous!! One person in our party has mobility issues but managed it fine. 」

「The best place to stay! Pristine clean, friendly staff, many nice details and big amount of care. Wonderful view on the lake and mountains, excellent and varied breakfast. Free parking down in the port. And downtown in Lovere best pizza in the region. The only downside is the noise from the road, even with closed windows: better soundproofing would be advisable. 」
