「Staff not up to standard. Check in staff not familiar with the hotel computer system, said cant find my booking record. Finally another staff show her the instructions, then found it. For more than 6 hours, housekeeping staff still not make up the room, and I have reminded her personally and need to ask Reception staff to make her do the work. Location is not easy to find, and room is relatively small.」
