Excellent for last min. booking
Stayed here for 3 nights, last minute trip to see friends / family. Right in center of Val D and good value. Recommend if you just need somewhere to sleep and not too worried about luxuries.

The staff were superb. Kind and helpful. Beds comfy, everything you need. Excellent central location with parking (extra) . Very good value. Highly recommend it.

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times.
On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response.

The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026.

Situation top, mais manque de confort!
Hôtel idéalement situé mais les chambres ont réellement besoin d’un vrai rafraîchissement.
Pour 1100€ pour 4 nuits on s’attend à du confort et pas à des meubles et des matelas des années 80! Literie à changer en urgence!
