Very nice hotel and room. Nicely decorated. Fairly new. Magalie at Reception was superb. Thanks! Location a bit out of the action but walkable to everything. Had dinner at the restaurant at night, not the best meal. Probably best to eat out. Bed squeaky. Would stay again. Love Val d'Isere!!!!

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit guter zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind modern und funktional eingerichtet. Die Betten bequem und das Zimmer nicht hellhörig. Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wir haben im Restaurant das Menü bestellt. Die Speisen waren frisch, die Gerichte ausgefallen und das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Die Bedienung war zuvorkommend und nett. Clean and modern, surprises in off-season

Hotel La Toviere was exactly what you see in the images. Recently renovated, very clean, amazing spa/pool area, and comfy lounge zones. For that, it is amazing. But beware visiting in the off season (as we discovered), as there are only about 3 restaurants open in Val D'Isere, the hotel restaurant serves a fixed menu (our night was lentil soup and salmon as the only non-dessert options), and the pool/sauna area is not included in the room price (20E extra, which was not previously disclosed). The staff at the front desk was nice and knowledgeable, helping us navigate these surprises. However, it is far better to know before arrival.

Great Hotel and Friendly staff

short ski trip - family of 3. Great location, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very good quality breakfast. Walking distance to the lifts. Rooms were a bit tight but lots of closet space. Just super warm at night with no thermostat inside the room

Lovely hotel, staff are very attentive and friendly. Facilities are excellent, especially the spa! Had a facial whilst there which was wonderful. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. A special thank you to Tamsin for making us some delicious cocktails and we will definitely be coming back.

Excellent location - lovely hotel. Great spa too with pool jacuzzi sauna and steam room The only drawback is they don't serve dinner - just a light bar menu so you have to go out for dinner. Not much choice for dinner nearby but the bus system is so efficient with digital displays of ETA etc. Would definitely recommend this place

Excellent ski break...

My wife and I stayed here for our ski trip this year after looking at online reviews and I must say that we were not disappointed. The service from the staff here was spectacular and the hotel comfortable and clean. Great cocktails and snacks at the bar too! I believe that the hotel was recently renovated and it really shows, we really didn’t want for much during our stay and the staff even sorted out local parking and lift passes prior to our stay, i’d highly recommend it here. The spa area was also lovely, offering massage services (which we did not use), a small pool, sauna and steam room with an ice area and showers. If there was only one suggestion that I could make, it would be to segregate family time and adults only time down here as it got a bit noisy and frantic at times, although I understand that this could be hard to implement, but adults need wind-down time too! Nonetheless, that’s really our only criticism. Situation was great, walkable to Val if necessary, bus stop outside if you didn’t fancy that, and a direct Funival or bubble lift access to the slopes opposite. So thank you very much!

Mycket trevligt och snyggt nyrenoverat hotell med personlig och serviceinriktad personal. God och riklig frukost. Möjlighet till något lätt att äta i restaurangen på kvällen. Fräsch och avkopplande SPA avdelning. Perfekt läge i liftsystemet med centralt läge i förhållande till såväl Tignes som Val d´Isère. Kommer gärna tillbaka hit.

Great location, Excellent Service, Newly remodeled

Newly remodeled, this was an excellent stay with great value. It's right across the street from the lift. The spa was great, the lobby cozy. The room was nicely appointed if a bit small. What really set it apart was the service. The staff was top notch, going out of their way to know who you were and offer personalized service. Excellent stay. Very highly recommended.

Nice hotel close to the ski lifts

Nice location at the quiet end of the resort, although there was a bit of noise from passing traffic The staff were all very nice and always helpful. Good breakfast available at a reasonable price. Handy ski hire and lift pass available in the hotel, I would certainly book again.

Adequate size, excellent location, great staff!

The location is excellent, a stones throw from the Funicular and a red route bus stop. This meant for easy access to the main centre and the slopes. The bedroom was adequate in size for the two of us, but would have liked more hanging storage space for ski gear (only two pegs in our room). There were a few minor inconveniences but I cannot fault the staff; every single member that we had spoken to was nothing short of polite, warm, and courteous. They did their utmost to resolve issues and were always patient and friendly. The restaurant was simply fantastic dining. Delicious food, comfortable environment, and (again) friendly service. Other amenities such as the sauna and steam rooms were welcome and always available. Will definitely look to stay here again, goes to show that the quality of service really can make a big difference (and even make up for small annoyances). Keep up the good work!

Lovely clean warm hotel with nice views

Great warm and comfortable hotel with good facilities. 15 min walk into main resort of Val D’isere. Only negative is the breakfast is very poor. Nothing healthy aside scrambled eggs which I question were powdered

Great short stay, fabulous room, beautiful hotel

I was only here for one night but the greeting at reception was very welcoming and friendly, I was shown to my room which was a really good size, very comfortable and excellent views over the downhill. I ate in the restaurant in the evening, it was a set menu and the food was very very good and reasonable in price.
