Cinq étoiles ????? Ha bon où ça !

La chambre qui nous à été donnée ne correspondait pas au descriptif de la chambre que nous avons réservé: pas de salon séparé, pas de douche dans la salle de bains qui est trop petite, une seul vasque, chambre plus petite qu’annoncée. Pour un cinq étoiles, nous trouvons cette pratique déplorable. De plus cet hôtel ne correspond pas à ce que l’on attend d’un cinq étoiles, circulation trop étroite, un seul ascenseur trop petit et par conséquent toujours occupé, banquettes au restaurant vétuste et hors d’usage, pas de transats à la piscine, matelas directement au sol, margelles piscine en pierres coupantes à certains endroits, sol ultra glissant dans le spa occasionnant des chutes d’où une entorse à la cheville. Bref cette hôtel ne correspond pas au standard d’un cinq étoiles. Il existe à val d’Isère un trois étoiles qui certes est plus sobre en décoration mais de bien meilleure qualité ressentie du à une rénovation intégrale très récente. A vous de choisir.
