「TERRIBLE !! - The worst experience ever! The reception didn't allow me to check-in because I arrived at 23h05, which is outside 23h00 check-in time. The security guard told me there was no staff around. Not sure if that means they closed the reception much earlier and departed immediately at 23h00. I tried to reach the hostel by phone, but the phone number mentioned on the booking site is not correct or in use. At 00h31 the reception sent me an email mentioning that since I was not there by...

「外牆維修而迫於無奈要關窗, 但頭兩天的天氣炎熱而旅舍無提供風扇, 日間不留在房間, 晚上要到凌晨才涼爽。 維修工程每天很早開始, 7點半有工人嘈吵而7:45am就有敲牆聲令人不能睡眠。 附近環境亦好嘈吵, 旅舍對面有college ,很多時候有學生和職員大聲說話, 令人煩惱。 旅舍確是hostel 而不是酒店hotel, 但網頁上寫是hotel？房間清潔隔天才來, 週六和週日不提供, 住宿五晚才更換一次毛巾和沐浴露, 垃圾堆積誘引好多螞蟻來到垃圾桶。 這間旅舍價錢高但服務低, 所以我們一家人都非常不滿意。」

「hostel樓下是bar，住八人房就在bar樓上，每天音樂都到深夜一點才結束，根本無法睡覺；公共廚房不大，廚具很有限，連鍋鏟都沒有，有些鍋子甚至是壞的，有時候還找不到湯匙，晚上人多的時候作飯還要排隊；對於hostel還要插房卡不是很能理解，有時候在廁所大便到一半或在浴室洗澡到一半有人拔了房卡就沒電了，非常困擾」
