"Lovely well appointed boutique Hotel with excellent service for the whole family. Our stay during Oktoberfest, which would strain the service at any establishment, was wonderful and exceeded hospitality expectations. Upon arrival we were met outside of the event space to retrieve our bags and escort us through the crowds to check in. The Sitzmark was even holding a private event during this time and still provided us with individual attention. The room was lovely and clean and both the bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"They did not serve a hot breakfast every morning. Only Continental. They would not cook eggs upon a request .we even offered to pay, but they said no. we love the convenience of walking to everything."

"Easy walking to Vail Village. Free Vail Shuttle stop right outside property. Room was large enough to accommodate our group and everything was extremely comfortable. Staff was excellent, very friendly and provided knowledgeable advice. Spa facility was excellent and included in the stay."
