「If you expecting 5 star kinda property treatment then your mistaken. The rooms are big and spacious, check in was fine, pool and fitness center was good. But they really need to improve their core hospatality skills. The staff is always poker face, the breakfast is below average, especially the bakery items are used for straight 8-10 days as you can see and feel its stale. You need to remind them to refill the stuff everytime the item is over, except for south indian items rest of food needs a...

「The experience was a mixed bag. While the restaurant closes at a reasonable time, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming to families. There were also some strange rules, like not allowing outside food, even though the selection of beverages seemed limited (with few coffee or water glasses available). Overall, it felt like I had to keep asking for things to be taken care of.」
