Excellent breakfast spread. Confectionery items really good. Ala Carte menu options were also very good. Quality food, prompt service and reasonable price. The room was spacious. Even after placing an additional bed there was enough space to move around. Enjoyed our stay.

The staff lacked professionalism and seemed inexperienced in handling basic guest requests. Additionally, their behavior was disrespectful, which is disappointing when expecting good hospitality. As things stand, I cannot recommend this hotel unless there is a significant improvement in the way they treat guests.

Nice hotel in the busy city area

Nice hotel for all travelers to stay. It’s a busy location. If you want to stay close to city, bus station, train station then this is the best hotel I felt which has all amenities that you can look in star hotels.
