「Zeer vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt」

「I booked and paid for my room in advance. I booked a Deluxe Double with Balcony and breakfast. When I arrived, they didn't know about my booking. My room was obviously already taken but they were not honest about that. I was put into another room with no balcony and told that 'the price does not include breakfast'. After a couple of email exchanges with me providing proof of my 'confirmed' booking, he agreed to include breakfast (but he did not change my room). My 'balcony' was the shared area...

「It's fascinating to wake up in a room with the great mountains view and tasty Sri Lank breakfast. The owner also offers tuk-tuk ride in Ella. They have one-day package and one ride. The location is a bit far fr city center, it’s better because of quiet. Each tuk-tuk ride between hotel to city center is LRK 500.」

「its a low budget location if you are staying for a night. Don't expect a lot. Owners are nice and great views. We had booked for a few nights and quickly realized it was not a place to 'rest'. just a place to stop over for one night so that we could do what we had to do in Ella.」
