"I rarely write reviews, but this stay was very disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. We stayed for three nights and had no housekeeping at all. We had to request towels multiple times before receiving them, and our beds were never made or toiletries replaced. The hotel is in very poor condition. There were active roof leaks in the common areas, and inside our room the bathroom had small leaks as well. The bathroom door lock was broken, and areas like the staircase were messy. Most entrances were closed, making access inconvenient. Breakfast had very limited options, which honestly matched the overall condition of the property. Overall, the place felt poorly maintained and unsafe. This stay was disappointing and not worth the money at all. This property should not be listed until major issues are fixed."

"The casino was very busy - they had a lot of staff cleaning the machines between each player. We stayed at The Brook hotel which is their oldest property. It definitely showed its age - musty smell, toilets that were very low to the ground. The housekeepers were very friendly. We will stay at one of the newer hotels when we go back."

"Perfect stay. Only one complaint i have is the beds could be better. The bedding was not soft, the pillows too flat and the bed itself too hard. The hotel, staff, amenities, parking and cleanliness were all great. Didnt try the breakfast."

"We've stayed here a few times and it's always clean, pleasant, and enjoyable. The breakfast is small but perfect - fresh bagels and pastries, the waffle maker, cereals. They have hot coffee and tea out all the time and we really appreciate the afternoon pick-up. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part is enjoying a delicious and satisfying steak at the restaurant, then being able to walk to the room. It's just perfect! "
