We enjoyed our stay at the Candeo Kumamoto very much. The onsen was amazing. The temperature of the water and the sauna were great. I loved the cold plunge. Staff was helpful and kind. Cleaning staff especially. We slept in the triple and the beds were maybe just a little soft. Size of the room really great for families

Nice hotel, excellent location. The room was quite small although the bed was nice and big. There was not enough room to hang my clothes and keep my toiletries handy.
