「The over all appearance was good. Lobby is pleasent and clean. Rooms are clean. We over all had a good experience there.」

「Great property with so much connected to it and nearby. Was there for a sports event at the adjacent sports complex and it was so convenient. Breakfast was nice with so many areas to sit in the large lobby.」

「Gotta be honest, between the noise from the room above us and the train horns all night, I didn't get a good nights sleep. The black out curtain didn't close all the way so we had a bright light from the front parking lot shining through the window. The final less than desirable thing was there were long black hairs in the bathroom sink and on the floor. I'll look for a different motel next time we are in the area for a gymnatics event.」

「The front desk staff is excellent and helpful. The young man on the desk was very personable. Stephanie went beyond her job description and helped me with a “wardrobe problem”— she was super!」

「No ice machine, but a fridge with ice maker in the room which is nice if you are in the room long enough to make ice. Also no breakfast, but a pantry to buy food. Gotta make the $$$$$$$」

「Well there was no easy way to order room service although I knew I could just call the restaurant downstairs but the online menu indicated the in-room dining when I clicked on it it gave me options to eat but no way to order it I texted the front desk as that is one of their services and it took them 20 minutes to respond to the three text messages I sent making it almost too late at that point to order so I just ordered Buffalo wild wings With all that said the place was clean and quiet, the...

「Perfect stay in the heart of town!」

「The room was not clean, lots of dead bugs around the room. Carpet was dirty. The control was missing the back of it and we found it in the back of the bed. The thermostat has tape holding it… The wall seem to have blood. The light feature did not work.」

「Facility was typical 2-3 star hotel geared to both working roadies and travelers. Dated but clean with attentive staff week days as well as weekends. We experienced a faulty A/C, reported same, and was switched to new room when we returned from daytime events--all with a smile and desire to accommodate! Will book this hotel again when in Wichita.」
