「Staff were very helpful & friendly. Was off season (skiing) so not many guests. Quick & seamless check in & out. Friendly & accomodating staff. Beautiful scenery, the chalet along with the view reminded me of a mini-Switzerland. Food ordered in restaurant came out quickly & was very tasty. Had a nice size indoor pool with hot tub. 「I liked the renovations they made to the hotel since our last visit. Water pressure was great, room clean, bathroom clean. Parking excellent, I asked for a first floor room and that was honored when we got there. We just wanted some waffles or eggs, a hot breakfast in the morning. 」
