「Booked a king room and received 2 queens. When returned to the front desk about the mistake, was told they are sold out and there is nothing she could do. The bathroom reeked of mildew and the bathroom fan didn't work. I believe the hotel is used primarily for workers in the area...we had a person loudly jumping up and down for several hours the first night until 11:00pm then resumed jumping at 7:00am the next morning. 「We enjoyed our stay but ran into a few bothersome things. We arrived over an hour after check in time & our room wasn’t ready. There was no apology, just a “give it another 10 minutes”. And when we inquired about the meeting place for a kayak tour we scheduled, front desk staff was rude. They explained the kayak tour was not connected to them even though the meeting place was at their property. They could’ve politely just pointed us in the right direction. They can deal with the kayak tour owner...

「Facility was very clean. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms are not cleaned for 3 days with guest having to remove trash to public bin in hallway and no coffee packets afyer day 1.」

「This is an old, grand hotel that is just hanging on! First, the positives. We had a lakeside suite with beautiful views of the marina and the sunset. The shower was great! Breakfast offered some protein & fruit options. Unfortunately, the guest room was dated with old kitchen appliances and cabinets. We would've appreciated more space in the bathroom than in the suite itself (the door couldn't swing open/closed if someone was sitting on the toilet and there was only room for one guest at a time...
