"We stayed here on a drive back from Croatia to the UK. It is pretty out the way from anywhere especially when we stayed as everywhere in the small village was shut. The property was unique clean and good fun to stay in. We cooked dinner and were amazed by the dishwasher. The views from the main room and dining area were beautiful. Easy check in and out"

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Very welcoming and friendly staff. They did everything they could to make it an enjoyable stay for me. Goran was incredibly kind and made sure I got some dinner when I arrived late one evening. The hotel is in a beautiful setting in a quiet little town up the mountain. Would definitely stay there again. "

"This hotel is in a very beautiful area. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains and the room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was great and included in our stay. There was only one restaurant on site and you pretty much had to get everything from the restaurant such as any snacks, wine, etc. That would be my only knock on the hotel. It would have been nice to have a little market nearby on the property or at least a vending machine. Otherwise, we have no complaints whatsoever. Great place."
