「Overall is very nice, the staff are very nice and welcoming. The only drawback is the hot shower in the aurora cabin, the water is weak and not really hot.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The sky looked so pretty thru the glass roof. Breakfast was good and the 3-course dinner was excellent! The artic char and reindeer dishes were the best in our Lapland trip. The front desk was very helpful too. It was a perfect stay!」

「Fantastic stay in a brand-new luxury hotel, with truly outstanding staff.」

「Everything worked exactly as it should and the experience was perfect. Children were very welcome. Nature was close and all the daily services were easily accessible.」

「The hotel is right next to the national park so great for hiking. The hotel is also in the centre of Saariselkä which is compact and pedestrian friendly so this makes it easy if you’re using buses to get in and out of town and don’t have a vehicle. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant are good. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. Be aware that activities book out and so if you want to do more than hiking you’ll need to plan and book ahead.」

「This accommodation was the perfect end to our trip to Finland, the cabin was genuinely faultless, it was spacious and cosy, with a very comfy and warm feeling. The kitchen was was well equipped with pots and utensils etc for if you wanted to stay in and cook. The bed was comfy with a lovely view to wake up to. The shower and toilet facilities were immaculately clean with! Genuinely cannot pick fault with this place. The hot tub was the perfect end to every day and we even found time to jump in...

「Friendly staff nice environment」

「Everything is very good」
