「No clear instructions for the check in process, when we showed up the check in area was closed with a sign on the door displaying a number and who to call for assistance. When we called the manager she showed up and pointed to the cabin and said the door is open you can go on in. We got there around 6 which is a normal check in time so I think the check in area may be always closed. The cabin was mostly clean, sheets were folded on our bed and the bed wasn't made. When we went to make the bed...

「The hotel has become rundown and was in renovations. We did not see any notice of construction happening when we booked the location. The renovations are badly needed to bring the hotel to an acceptable level. While staying at the hotel, there was a vehicle that was broken into (smashed back window) at the rear of the hotel where we were parked. We started parking in the front of the hotel after this. The ceiling in the pool area was also hanging down and was not inviting to go to the...

「Clean room, good breakfast selections. I was disappointed because I booked online and was quoted a rate, but was charged more. When I asked they tried to explain fluctuations of rates vs availability - I know - that is why I booked in advance. I was part of the "occupancy" calculation!!!!! This is the first time this has happened to me and I've been traveling for 40 + years. I won't stay here again.」
