「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏」

「This was my first time staying at this hotel and I left with a big smile on my face. My room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, courteous and friendly and the breakfast is to die for. The bar is huge too. If you're a big drinker there's so much alcohol there that you can spend the entire night there, have a friendly chat with the bar tender, throw all your money away and if you're too drunk to get to your room you can either sleep in the lobby in one of the comfortable chairs there or...

「From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel extremely comfortable especially as a solo traveler. Check in was very smooth and efficient with all of my questions being answered thoroughly. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveler with maybe room for one other. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean with an amazing shower. Although the room was on the smaller end, there was still plenty of storage of space. My one grievance was the lack of AC. There is a window that opens for a...
