"Great stay very clean & very very nice staff"

"The noise at night was just ridiculous. Loud music loud kids in the hallway. Noise until after midnight. I asked for my room to be cleaned and refilled twice they came in no coffee,sweetener,stirrers.On the second cleaning there was only a half roll of toilet paper left and they never gave us a backup roll. They did not have breakfast so the coffee in the room was important. I travel a lot will never stay there again. "

"Couldn't get in the room and it took for ever to get a different room stuff not very friendly. Very noisy in tge mirning."

"Washer and Dryer always broke. Machines are empty. You need another luggage cart , if 1 person has it its gone forever. Staff is excellent. Jackie and Zuluma are great but are limited. Cleaning staff is great and is custodial crew. "
