"Everything was clean, beds were ok, 1 hard 1 extremely soft. Breakfast was make your own waffles, omelet with peppers or hard over eggs and home fries, or cereal but no bread except bagels. Had to wait for eggs to be refilled."

"If you plan to conduct electrical wiring work in the hallway, you should not assign rooms on that floor to guests. Alternatively, you should have informed us in advance; the noise started so early in the morning that I couldn't get any sleep. This level of service is absolutely terrible."

"we got there in the late evening and had difficulty checking in ( nobody at front desk, nobody answering the phone, eventually somebody came). The shower was almost impossible to figure out how to use. When the staff was around they were helpful."
