「Clean room」

「It was so-so! No breakfast, no microwave, no bottled water!」

「This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets.」

「This property used strong chemicals for cleaning. It Was not healthy breathing in such strong fumes, made breathing uncomfortable and did not sleep well. Would have left but paid in advance and got in late as it was a quick stop to sleep during our long travels across the country. Breakfast had what you would want for a free fill up」

「Kaleah (K3) was amazing! Not only was she working multiple roles, she also took the time to show us the beautiful hotel. K3's hospitality was amazing and she deserves a big raise for how well she treats visitors and attending to every need while visiting. We definitely will stay here again next year when we return for a visit.」

「Checked in Sunday elevators were not working until Monday morning had to take stairs to 8th floor. Very difficult for older people but did not know what else to do since room was already booked.」

「It was really great except the a/c was not working in the lobby areas and the elevator was broken so we had to use stairs to our 2nd floor room. Breakfasts were great! Perfect variety each morning. Staff extremely nice and friendly.」

「The stay started off rocky because the pool was closed the hotel had construction that we were not made aware of and it caused the pool & hot tub to be shut down! This was something we were looking forward to! Also the Air conditioner was broken in our first room so we had to wait for someone to come look at it and approve a room swap this delayed our evening!」

「Room was clean and comfortable but water was turned off around midnight without warning due to renovation work but not back on until around 9:00am. Staff said it was the city doing work but it appeared to be due to renovation work onsite.」

「The staff was nice & helpful in every way. When we checked on the entire 10th floor smelled disgusting and the toilet was non functional and dirty upon check in. Called front desk told them I will leave for a couple hours to get food and hopefully it will be fixed when we got back to determine if we would stay or not. Upon returning everything was fixed and fine. Food wasn't anything but tasteless ordered room service twice once for breakfast and once for half lunch half dinner. No seasoning and...

「We arrived at 1 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 2 even though our room was ready, however if i would pay the guy at the desk $45 i could check in then! Everything was so dirty including the pool woth food floating in it, I have pucs of the pool of u want to see them! Breakfast was horrible, nothing replaces when emptied seemed like the staff ate more then anyone! It was a horrible experience!」
