「**Disappointing Stay at Marriott** I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience. As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.」

「I arrived late at night. There was not enough parking space so it is a kind of problem. The type of room I booked was fully booked so the hotel gave me an upgraded suite room! Thank you for that.」
