"Friendly staff! Great compliment to the stay of being able to have free dinner and breakfast. We didn’t realize the dinner was free the first night. Enjoyed the bar being open so late . Pool was a little dirty , the water wasn’t the cleanest but otherwise we enjoyed the stay. Room was nice and clean. Short drive to Carowinds. Don’t waste your time on the Ruby Tuesday next door. Terrible. Great place to bring your pet! Would definitely stay here again ."

"Initially i was unhappy with the condition & smell of my room as the floor & furniture needed some TLC. After already having moved the evening I checked in; I was helped the next day by front desk staff & they moved me to a higher floor. I was informed that improvements & new carpet were being made/ installed floor by floor from the top down & they were at about midway down. I originally paid for a room by the pool which is on the first floor. I did miss having my balcony slider but the new flooring looked & smelled good and met expectations, the kindness of the staff made up for it. I was mostly by myself & felt very safe due to the hospitality."

"Front desk was super polite. Diance was very friendly and we felt very welcomed for just our short stay. Breakfast was good but really early hours, which we understood for the residency members staying there. Valet was very helpful with locations for food and accommodating when we needed to visit our vehicle without having to move it. Beds were very comfy and the shower's hot water was on point. My wife, who is an amputee, really enjoyed the accommodations for the disabled. She was able to get in and out of the bath without issues. The kitchen area was very nice and felt like a nice home away from home."
