"As always came up to expectations. Was unhappy with room on first night. (Sofa bed uncomfortable.) Staff willingly, pleasantly and helpfully changed us to another room. Very happy with second room. Had most contact with the porters. Each and every one very helpful, very polite and a pleasure to meet"

"The rooms were small but efficiently designed and the hotel has a comfortable and welcoming common space that guests can use freely throughout most of the day. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which my rate included. It was substantial and tasty. When I stayed, all guests enjoyed unlimiited free espresso coffee drinks throughout the day, which was a very nice amenity."

"Had a wonderful stay, i really love this hotel in London. The service location and overall experience was great, espically if you are looking for a modern vibe. Downsides where: i would love for the water pressure in the shower to be stronger, an evening turndown service would be great and the fact that decimo and the roof top are closed on sunday monday where a real disappointment.
