If you like to be yourself and feel free to run around in the buff within your own adequatley space villa go for it ... Room service available through the day .... i would recommend the floating breakfast..... only issues 1got bitten eveyday and saw the biggest spider wobdering around the room.

The worst hotel stay of my life.

Woke up to a rat running across the bed, turned the lights on and found another in the room. Was sent to another room that when I turned the lights on had ants and roaches everywhere, then was sent to ANOTHER room that had an active termite nest in the wooden part of the bed, had roaches everywhere, toilet leaking feces, and this is SUPPOSED TO BE A 5-STAR HOTEL! They charge $250 dollars, which is a small fortune in Rupiah. The manager is NEVER there and staff told me this. I was promised a refund, but Expedia has not returned my calls or followed up. Keep in mind the pictures were from the best room they could offer me, the third one. I did not take photos of the first two, which were disgusting as well. Farthest thing from 5 stars I have ever seen, and I have slept in motel 6's and many hostels.

Dirty and outdated. We left after first night. Pool was so dirty even after they try to clean it that was impossible to swim in it. Furniture in the room was ruined and dirty as well as sheets and bathroom. It looks to us that we were only guests at the property. Location is far away from everything. I will never recomend stay in these hotel to anyone.

المنتجع جدًا هادئ وجميل ، ربما قد تشعر بالوحشة ليلًا لكنه بالتأكيد جميل جدًا وجيد لمن يريد الهدوء والاستجمام ، الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة وتحمل ملامح الطابع البالي( نسبة إلى جزيرة بالي ) الموظفون ودودن جدا ومتفانين بالخدمة مطعم المنتجع قد لا يناسب العرب كثيرًا لكن يتوفر فيه ما يسد الحاجة موقع الفندق في طبيعة جميلة ويوفر المنتجع وسائل نقل مجانية إلى شاطئ دريم لاند ، إن كان هناك ما يعيب المنتجع فهو قدمه نوعًا ما

Dreamland with a nightmare!!!!

I always book a hotel on the basis of pay when stay.. and so glad I did. Landed in Bali, just waited 5 minutes for the driver who was so nice, he took me to get a sim card and some supplies. Arrived at the hotel around 930pm.. I requested villa 143 ( from reviews on Trip Advisor) but I dont think I will ever read that again.. Everyone has their own standards and I aint saying mines are up there but lets be honest you get what you pay for.. Room 143.. Right beside the hotel check in area, room size was huge, nice garden and pool and view of the airport ( far away nice to see the planes coming in). * Room was dirty.. spiders webs all over * The pool did not look clean and had floating foam in it * BLOOD on the pool towels * Mosquitos * Room was to big for the aircon unit which was noisy * Overall it was bad!! Changed room that night - ROOM 119 Looked cleaner different layout but huge size, our experience was already ruined. * Room way to big for 1 aircon unit - SWEATING BUCKETS DURING THE NIGHT * Never even touched the pool * CHECKED OUT!! So Lucky enough their card machine was broke and they could not take full payment.. I paid for 1 night airport transfer etc and Moved to KUPU KUPO Hotel in Jimbaran!!

no volvería ni aunque me pagaran por dormir allí

después de decidirnos después de muchos días buscando hotel, nos decidimos por éste. Fue una decepción enorme al ver el estado del hotel al llegar, da la sensación de que hace 10 años los propietarios lo dejaron de lado. al llegar a la habitación después de 28 horas de viaje lo único que queríamos era descansar y para nuestra sorpresa llegamos al baño para ducharnos y estaba lleno de telarañas y el estado general de la habitación muy sucio. se me ocurrió probar el hidromasaje de la ducha y salió agua podrida. incluso el primer tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que nos cambiaran las sábanas ya que olían a sudor (parece que nos las habían cambiado después de marcharse los anteriores huéspedes, esto mismo tuvimos que repetirlo al día siguiente puesto que tampoco se cambiaron las sábanas ni las toallas. Ademas de todo lo anterior preguntamos porque no funcionaba el WIFI y no nos dieron ninguna solución. Sólo funciona en recepción y en restaurante. Me siento muy decepcionado porque pensaba regalarle una luna de miel idílica a mi mujer y nos fastidió bastante el estado deplorable del hotel.

Bathroom facilities need to be replaced

The bathroom facilities like water-tap & shower-head are quit old. The water-tap on the bathtub is even broken. The swimming pool is not clean. Too many ants around the swimming pool, too. There is no where to go around the villa. The breakfast was okay.

Perfect place and villa

We were staying here for 7 nights, and had high hopes. The villa was enormous, the yard with pool and gazebo were excellent. The service we had at the reception and the restaurant were fantastic, everyone was so nice and made us really feel welcome. The only negative was one time we went to the lobby for a q, but he didn't understand anything, and didn't nearly speak English. They didn't clean our villa any day, and there was spider webs and some dirt there. We ordered food for room service once, and the tray with food were left on the table, and they never took it. It was all mould and green. Cleanliness were not good at all. I really liked the area, it was in a quiet place, but walking distance to atm's and market. If you want to go to a city, like Kuta, with malls and many restaurants, it only costs about 100k rupiahs.

・良かった点 従業員の方が親切。 →英語が通じますし、ニーズを察して対応してくださいます。 　心遣いに癒されました。 the バリ というファシリティ →ヴィラタイプであったり、プライベートプールがあったり。そのわりの価格の安さ。 　虫よけはありませんでしたが、季節柄？か1度も蚊に遭遇しませんでした。 ・諦めた点 清掃の行き届き感 →毎日きれいにしてくださるのですが、天井のルームファンにほこりがたまっていたりします。 　（感覚のちがいかなと思うので、許容範囲ですが） 立地 →毎日車を手配くださるので不自由しないのですが、どこに出るにも時間がかかります。 　また、もちろん配車は有料なので、意外に出費が生じます。

場所が悪い

年末年始に、レギャンに4泊こちらに2泊しました。結果的にお勧めしません。 ヴィラに最低あるべき蚊取り線香的な物もスプレーもありませんでした。スプレーを頼みましたが後で持ってくると言いながら持ってきませんでした。自分の物で凌ぎましたが、色々と虫にやられました。 テレビがほとんど砂嵐でした。 その代わりなのかDVDデッキがありました。 東屋にあるバスタオルに鳥の糞？がたくさんついてました。いつから置きっぱなしだったのかな‥ タクシーがホテルを知りません。 朝食のバイキングが少ないのは分かってましたがハエだらけでした。 一応、蓋はしてるのですが入ってます。 食べる気力なくなります。甘いものにはほとんど小さい蟻？がたくさんいました。 勇気を出してスイカ食べましたが、スイカは、レギャンのホテルより美味しかったです。 受付の女性は、凄く感じのいい方でした。 受付の辺りに貸出のDVDがあるみたいでした。15分のサービスマッサージが受けれました！ 建物が古いんでしょうがないんですかね？ 凄く勿体ないと思いました。個人プールなどヴィラ的になかなかの雰囲気はあるのに、掃除はしてるでしょうけど、古さが不潔に見えてしまいます。 無料送迎有りの、他地域のスパもほとんど有料でした。ホテルが、外れにあるようです。 嫌な事、書きましたが従業員は愛想よくニコニコしてましたよ！ 手をかければ、もうちょっといいヴィラになると思います。 もう、行かないですけどね‥

Aged but beautiful

Other than cleanliness of the room, this little oasis is everything we could of asked for for the start of out honeymoon getaway. The private pool is something you'll dream you had everyday haha

最後に残念でした

個別のコテージになっていてとても素敵でした。 バリ島でも田舎の方に位置するホテルなのでしょう、周りには、歩いて行けるような所がありませんでした。 今度行くときには、クタかウブドの方がいいのかもしれませんね。 築年数が多少、建物に出始めているようでしたが日本と比べては、いけないことと思っております。 最後にチェックアウトしたときのスタッフの対応、態度には、残念でした。

Place was deserted

I guess the downside of a place full of villas with your own pool is that the hotel always seemed deserted. Although that being said, an employee estimated the resort bring at about 60% capacity, though i would assume thats a generous assumption. Even when we ate breakfast we were the only ones. With villas around us being vacant, room seemed a bit creepy at night, often hearing the cows rustling through rubbish over our back fence. As a young couple, we regretted staying here as we had no interaction with anyone besides staff, so i guess itd be great if you want solitude. Great size villa, nice private pool, nice and friendly staff. Dont get the free shuttle to jimbaran bay restaurant.. We paid 1,500,000rp for a seafood dinner which wasnt as good as our 500,000 dinner from "made bagus cafe" just down the beach.

AMAAAAZING!

I came here for my honeymoon, they were fully prepared after a special request was written on expedia, they really did make us feel special. The staff are very friendly and humble, at all times during the night there would be staff to assist you, wether its re-cleaning the pool or to assist. I would defiantly suggest it to everyone that goes, wether you are old, young, friends, couples and I can defiantly see my self going again.

繁華街からは遠いけど、その分とても静かで寛げる。 残念のは日本語、英語を話せるスタッフが居なくて、こちらの要望が伝わりにくいこと。

The staff is not friendly, they do not speak english and the service at the hotel is really bad. There were mouse in our room and a fire bevise og unstabile electrisity. Do not stay here!

Nice Villa, bad service

The Villa were really nice, and came with our own private pool. The location was great. Near dreamland beach and padang padang. We were not happy with the staff. They were rude, didn't speak english and told us to shut up a couple of times when we complained the service. We also had a mouse in our room and a fire in the electrisity closet. We had too get really angry before they showed up. And they did not apologise. Over all. NOT worth the money at all.
