「Absolutely horrible - probably comparable to the worst truck stop you can imagine. Terrible service, staff were lethargic and unhelpful. Guests were loud, coming and going all night - locking and unlocking doors, smoking in their rooms - which filters into your room. My shower was mouldy and there was no water at all in the morning to even take shower. As a woman travelling for business, I did not feel safe staying there.」

「I have written a complaint to this property, asking to (1) be put in contact with its owners and (2) ask for a refund - as it is NOT in the state that is being promoted at all... with no luck of decent/acceptable feedback or engagement or response to my requests, basically NO engagement or cooperation at all. I had to leave this property within less than 2 hours of arriving, as I did not feel comfortable to stay there. Of course, this property also does not offer any stay with a refundable...

「Have just left this amazing place today for the 4th time. I could write a 300 page review praising how much i love to come here. There is nothing i can say negative about the lodge/guest house (stayed in both); the beautiful area; staff or food. I’ll be back next year, providing I’m breathing and really cant wait. Thank you Nikki and family for sharing your home with us to enjoy. 」
