"this hotel is genuinely one of the nicest places that I have ever stayed. The setting is amazing. The sunset and sunrise views. The food is lovely and the staff are lovely. Cannot recommend it enough. It’s a hidden gem."

"Beautiful mountain lodge, infinity pool with great view. Very comfortable bed and very eco friendly !!"

"I highly recommend. Great place in a beautiful rice field! Good price and amazing staff"

"Contrairement aux précédents commentaires où les clients pensaient certainement réserver un 4 étoiles au prix d’un 2, nous avons été sous le charme de cet hôtel. Situé au milieu des rizières, les bungalows en bois (et oui lors de la réservation nous pouvons voir qu’ils sont en bois) s’intègrent parfaitement à l’environnement. Le personnel est adorable et le restaurant que ce soit pour le dîner ou le petit déjeuner est excellent. On vient à la villa sande pour son emplacement, pour le calme et...

"Our stay at Villa Selonding was absolutely amazing! The staff made us feel so welcome and our stay was very relaxing. Our room was spacious and clean, wonderful the pool and grounds were immaculate. The food was also very good. "

"Only 7 cabins so it is very quiet and peaceful. Floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views. The staff are very attentive to every need, even coming to the cabin when they changed water filters to make sure we didn’t drink the water until it was tested. Would definitely go back!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so welcoming, everyone remembered our names. We were very sad to leave."

"I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new and comfortable accomodation. The place is ran by a loving family, who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasent stay. They helped us book tours, gave us names of great local eats, and even allowed us to check out at 4pm so that we would have enough time to visit one more waterfall, come back to the hotel and shower before leaving. "Beautiful property, great views, good food"

"First and foremost, the staff here were wonderful. The food was excellent, a good choice for the a la carte included breakfast and delicious options for the candle lit dinner by the pool. We enjoyed the tranquility away from the coast, yet the green, hillside location still offered distant views of the sea. Whilst our pool villa was quite a way from the central area, there was a buggy service always available."

"Great location on top of the ridge, great view from the heated pool/restaurant area. Very friendly staff. Our suite's pool was very cold and dirty, even after they sent someone to clean it, so we passed. They were also out of multiple items, bit of a drag."

"This place was one of our favorites that we stayed at while in Bali! We would have loved to stay longer but only got to stay one night here. The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and took great care of us! It made it hard to leave! The property is so relaxing. The food that we had there, was some of my favorite food from the entire trip! When we arrived there to check in, they already had our meals waiting in our room for us which was great given we had been traveling in the car...

"This hotel with its wonderful staff was the highlight of our Bali trip! Nestled in the quiet, luscious hills of Northern Bali, 10 minutes from Lovina (and the amazing dolphin swim!), it really exceeded our expectations. Spacious villa with private infinity pool, mindfully decorated, and surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants, we immediately felt welcome and cared for by the most attentive, helpful staff with welcome drinks and cold towels in hand. The open-air massages were simply amazing and...

"Lovely staff, rooms are very spacious and cute towel decorations on bed. Pool has a fair size and breakfast was always a great start to the day"

"Beautiful place, the tree houses are amazing, very good food, the view from the pool is incredible. Plan warm clothes though, it’s up in the mountain and pretty cold!"

"This place is so remote and peaceful! The bungalow we had had an outdoor shower and bathroom and it was a little bit hard to get adjusted to the nature sounds at night time! If you want to remove yourself from civilization and be the one with oneself and nature, this is the place. I liked that they did not have Tv in the room or internet Wi-Fi (only at the restaurant). The food was amazing!! - best veggie soup/ Greek salad and omelet I ever had! + fresh fruits in the morning 100%. Also this...
