Lovely staff and breakfast. Comfortable bed. No air con so very hot night and noisy due to open window. Dirty TV remote and screen.

Great Staff at this hotel. Friendly and helpful. Whatever every we needed they were there to help. The room was very small but clean and the bed was comfortable—EZ underground parking. The location was perfect. Just across the street was the stop for most city buses and trolleys. ICE Trains one block away. The center of the city, and the Christmas Market were short 3 blocks away. Plenty of great restaurants also. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in ULM

Usual Ibis quality near station.

Usual Ibis decor in decent condition. Would benefit from a fridge on the room. Aircon works fine. Staff friendly and helpful. About 6 or 7 minutes from the station.

Die Unterkunft war ok und lag fussläufig zur City. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße und mit geschlossenen Fenstern hörte man relativ wenig von der Straße. Das Frühstück war für uns völlig ausreichend. Es wurde immer alles wieder aufgefüllt. Sehr nettes Personal. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.

9月中旬に4泊しました。 ホテルはウルム中央駅から歩いて10分ぐらいです。スーパーマーケットはウルム中央駅からホテルに行く途中の地下街にあります。ホテルから歩いて7分ぐらいのところにレストランがたくさんあります。ホテルの部屋は狭いです。部屋に冷蔵庫はありません。ランドリーサービスもありません。価格が安いので仕方がないと思います。

Das Zimmer war sauber. Wer Rückenprobleme hat legt auch Wert auf eine gute Matratze. ..die war auch ok. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür war die Preisleistung OK. Alles in allem war es für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt das Richtige.

Aufzug kaputt, keine Hilfe mit Koffer angeboten. Ich war schon in vielen Ibis Hotels. Nie war der Standard so niedrig. Mülleimer nicht ausgeleert, Dreck auf dem Boden. Ausschlafen ist nicht, pünktlich um 08:30 Uhr fängt jemand mit Bohrmaschine an.
