Clean and neat but the facilities are not enough

The room and bathroom are clean. The signal of Wifi is good and there is a closet for clothes. However, the kitchen is really small and the stoves seem really old. The signal is not clear as well. No sign of the kitchen and the lobby and no one to ask in the buliding.

Nicht gut!

War sehr schmutzig und gleich am Flureingang hat nach strake Zigarette gerochen... Sowie die Vorhänge sehr stark nach Zigarette gerochen auch nach einer Stunde lüften... Die Toilette war noch schlimmer... Nach der Türöffnung möchte man nicht... Sehr schmutzig...

Ich fand gut das es in der Nähe vom Bahnhof war gut zu Fuß erreichbar, gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Ich finde es hätte ein größeres Duschtuch geben können gab nur 2 kleine Handtücher und das Wlan funktionierte trotz Passwort überhaupt nicht kam mit dem Passwort nicht ins Internet. Was ich nicht so gut fand war die Sauberkeit. Die Ablagen/Tisch waren total verklebt, im Bad war der Mülleimer nicht geleert vom Vorgänger, unterm Bett liegen noch Schuhe vom Vorgänger des Zimmers, allgemein wirkte das Zimmer sehr unliebsam aber für eine Nacht geht es.

Mein persönlicher Eindruck: Der code funktionierte nicht....angerufen zig mal,email,whatsapp...nach einer halben stunde kam whatsapp mit anderen code....bekam dann ein zimmer mit einem bett, bestellt hatte ich aber absichtlich eines mit 2 betten aus guten gründen.hab dafür extra ein anderes gebuchtes zimmer mit einzelbett storniert,da ich 2 betten haben wollte. Laut heigelshof können die das machen,egal was ich bestellt habe,da gibs quasi keine diskussion-aus. Die tür zum bad ging nicht zu(auch nicht bei einem einzelbett), es gab eine handseife und eine rolle toilettnpapier,hätte man mehr gebraucht hatte man pech...sauber wirds schon gewesen sein,....einrichtung war eher so pension 70ger jahre wo nie was gemacht wurde.... Persönlich würde ich nicht mehr dort übernachten. Die lage war halt das beste an allem.

Leider war entgegen der Beschreibung kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, in der Gemeinschaftsküche schon. Dieser war auch sauber. An sich ist die Ausstattung schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Schlimmste allerdings ist der Zigarettengeruch, mit geschlossenem Fenster nicht auszuhalten. Super ist natürlich die Nähe zum Münsterplatz.

Niemand aanwezig,geen telefoon nummer om contact op te nemen , geen toegezegd ontbijt,buitendeur staat 24 uur open, kleine keuken een smerige zooi. Gelukkig viel de kamer mee. Graag geld retour betreffende ontbijt.

Nije nam se poslao code za check in te se nismo uspijeli prijaviti na check in aparatu. Vlasnik se nije javljao na telefon niti na email. Morali smo usred noći pronaći drugi smještaj. S nama je bio još jedan par iz Francuske koji su dobili code ali ključ koji su dobili nije odgovarao vratima i imali su problem sa vratima kod izlaza iz objekta. Parkinga nije bilo. Do danas nismo dobili od njih odgovor i tražimo povrat novaca .

De service was goed omdat het sleutlapparaat niet goed werkte. De bedden zijn niet om naar huis te schrijven en er was veel herrie buiten zodat je genoodzaakt was om het raam sichr te doen

Die zentrumsnahe Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Wir fanden alles was man für einen kurzen Wochenendaufenthalt braucht. Das Haus ist nicht ganz neu aber sauber und ordentlich. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wir hatten das Glück einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt am Haus nutzen zu können. Wir würden wieder hinfahren. Kochmöglichkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche kann im Notfall benutzt werden. Der Kühlschrank ist sauber und aufgeräumt.

There was no free parking as advertised, only paid parking in a parking structure. There was no Internet: yes there was a router in range but no password provided. Ask at the front desk? There is no front desk, no proprietor, no employee of any kind. The lights in the hallway do not turn on from below, so plan on a steep three floor climb (four floors to an American) in the dark.

Buchung, Kommunikation und Ablauf waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Zimmer mit Bad, alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Ein Mülleimer wäre noch nützlich gewesen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gut. An einem Bett war der Lattenrost etwas defekt, sodass man mit der Matratze leicht eingesunken ist. Das sollte behoben werden. Ansonsten alles top! Immer wieder gerne und zu empfehlen!
