After paying she lost the money somewhere and she start accusing me that I have taken the money. I ask her to give the number of the manager she refused. After I got the number myself from internet and I called. to request to be refunded my money. the boss apologies and she went and she got the money and pays me. It took us 1 hour at the reception "

It took 4 staff members coming in every 5 minutes to figure out the shower and by the time they showed us it was time to check out."
