「A great place to stay with a nice river view. However, Expedia said that the check-in time was 10:30 AM and when I arrived at 11 the room wasn’t ready. They indicated check-in time was noon. Also, I had asked to have the room set up for a romantic weekend, which was not set up to specification. But other than these few hiccups, it was an enjoyable weekend.」

「Despite confirmed reservations for two rooms confirmed by Expedia hotel claimed that they have no rooms.
This was a disaster.
I believe Expedia has to take action against this hotel.
It is not serious and not good for Expedia.」
