"Staff was wonderful! Room was very clean and the view from the balcony was awesome. Breakfast buffet was varied and always delicious including cooked to order omelets. Karuizawa Hotel Longing House

10/10 Excellent

"A must stay for anyone in Karuizawa! The room was plenty big enough for one or two people, staff were very helpful. I rented an e bike for 2500 yen for the day which was great to get around and do some sightseeing. The outside private onsen was a great way to end the day, I’d recommend booking in the morning to make sure you have your preferred spot."
