Can view the volcano island from Room. Purified water is prepared inside a clean boiler. Nice tea and coffee pick. The onsen at rooftop is smaller than I thought, but still nice, and it has steamed room. Since it is indoor onsen, the mist on window actually makes it hard to see the volcano. Shopping mall and outlet store nearby, some close at 9, the opening hour of shops nearby is comparatively long, quite convenient. It has free shuttle to pick up from JR station, supplement the shortcoming of location. Overall it’s nice with reasonable price for relaxation.

櫃檯服務人員親切有禮，飯店位置對搭乘大眾運輸的旅客相當友善，入住這天因為颱風連超商都沒營業，但是飯店很堅持要15:00才能進房，建議可以多一點彈性轉圜，住客沒地方去都擠在大廳，有點無奈😮‍💨

設備新，由酒店行去天文館電鐵站約10分。 酒店附近多餐廳 但以晚上開門為主 進房是使用QRCODE ,不用怕不見KEY CARD. 但 check out 時需要上13樓自行 將QR CODE 再scan check out, 步驟簡單的， 只是位置有點不便 如在地下大門樓層都有設備自行check out 更好
