Small, cramped hotel with few facilities and very basic breakfast. Online photos made the hotel appear larger with a decent garden, a very small hotel with a very small patch of mud for a garden was the reality.

Friendly staff and great location. The room was okay for the price but the bed wasn't the greatest. Regardless we would stay here again.

Amazing stay
Absolutely loved it here. Great location. Lovely breakfast. Staff so friendly and helpful. Can't do enough for you. Room lovely great value. Very clean. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to come back. Thankyou Puspa and all your staff for making us feel at home.

Property needs minor renovation & more facilities
We experienced a very slow check-in and the reservation dates on their records were incorrect. The room was clean and tidy; however, the pillow case was torn on the underside and the change of towel we received next day had holes in them. There appears to be fleas or something underneath the bed which bit both my feet when I was standing near there. Water price advert at reception was not updated to match current inflated prices in their shop on ground floor. The check-in staff consistently looked to make money out of us by way of inflated taxi prices etc when we asked to use the service. Upon saying this, it is in walking distance of Monkey forest, Bebek Bengil as well Arma Museum. The owner and his father were extremely nice though.

ARMAの至極近いロケーション
建物が少し分かりにくいので、誰かにまずは聞いてみることをおすすめします。一階はコンビニになっていて、朝7時から夜11時までやっています。

최악의 여관 수준
도착하자마자 예약된 방 1층. 바로 옆방과 불과 2미터도 안되고 비가 와서 가운데는 이미 흑탕물로 곧 모기때가 출연할듯. 옮겨준 2층 a방. 청소상태 불량. 옮겨준 2층 b방. 테라스와 연결된 열쇠를 매니저가 시범보여주다 부러트림. 근데 여기서 자라함. 취소하고 싶다고 함. 너무 더럽고 화가나서. 마지막으로 옮겨준 2층 c방. 업그레이드 되었지만 배게와 시트 등 머리카락 등으로 범벅이 됨. 취소도 안해줌. 이 가격에 스미냑에서는 디럭스룸에 머뭄. 절대 다시는 안가고 싶음. 너무 더럽지만 싼 곳을 찾는 사람에게는 추천.

J'y suis demeurée 2 nuits. La chambre était bien. Le propriétaire a été mon chauffeur il est patient et m'a proposée des visites interessantes tout en respectant mes choix premiers. La douche ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Il fallait l'arrêter régulièrement car elle allait débordée. Le drain semblait bouché. De plus, la douche pluie envoyait ses jets n'importe où et semblait avoir fait son temps. J'ai douté qu'il y ait pu avoir des puces de lits. Trace de sang sur les murs près de la tête de lit. Je ne le recommande pas particulierement. Il y en a surement des mieux pas loin. Déjeuner bons.

ウブドの中心地にあるホテル
２泊滞在しました。部屋には冷蔵庫はありませんがホテルの入り口には２４時間営業のコンビニがあります。ホテルの前の通りで買い物も出来て便利です。モンキーフォレストにも近くて、歩いて１０分で着きました。 スタッフの対応は良く快適に過ごす事ができました。 ホテルの前の通りに出て左斜めに個人タクシーのオジサンＭr, Okaには滞在中の移動でお世話になりました。
