Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Daily shuttle (am and pm) to downtown Ubud which was helpful. There are a few restaurants around the resort that are fairly good, especially Waybu Coffee Eatery, but also a quick ride into Ubud for more options!

I thought the environment was very beautiful. Quiet environment. What I liked less is that there is nowhere to hang your laundry. A rack in the bathroom or on the front terrace would be useful.

The hotel staff, services, and food were satisfactory. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms was lacking. The curtains had visible dirt and fingerprints, and the shower walls in the bathroom were not properly cleaned. Additionally, the bathroom door was old and dirty, and the commode needed to be replaced. Overall, I would not recommend this property to others.

Not happy

The staff was very nice, but a bit slowly at serving food, drinks. The rooms were not to our satisfaction. They smelled weet and Moldy. The celing in all 4 rooms We rented had mold, a lot. The rooms were Dark and misty. The rooms were warn out, and the cleaning were horrible. For example We had glasses and empty bottles standing on the table for 3 days without any one removing it. This first happend after me pointing it out. Breakfast was ok, but could use an Update by

- hôtel sans ascenseur, - la chambre 211 est en bord de route. C'est tres bruyant - en demandant une viande bien cuite -en ayant insisté- et la serveuse a bien reformulé, la via.de etait saignante. - la douche de la salle de bain donne sur l'extérieur sans possibilité de fermer. C'est un problème avec les moustiques. - à 3, deux adultes et un enfant, il faut prendre deux chambres.. - bref, ce n'est pas à la hauteur pour un hôtel 4*

C’était notre 3 ém séjour dans cette établissement le 1er était en 2017 , a l’époque rien à redire, par contre ce dernier séjour nous a déçus au niveau de la propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée le sol n’avait apparemment pas été nettoyé !!! , au niveau du lit rien à redire, les draps et oreiller étaient propres. Le personnel que ce soit à l’accueil ou au niveau de la restauration très agréable et avenant, concernant la restauration , bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Environnement calme car excentré de la ville, très beau espace vert et belle piscine Niveau équipement, bon wifi, par contre amateur de télévision , ne fonctionne quasiment pas , image brouillée.

Mein Zimmer hat gestunken, es tropfte durch die Badezimmerdecke und es gab kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche! Das schlechteste Hotelfrühstück während meines gesamten Bali aufenthalts! Der Pool war AUGENSCHEINLICH toll.. Nur wird er 0,0 gepflegt - das Wasser ist furchtbar und nachdem ich darin baden war waren meine Haare grün (nicht rauswaschbar mit Shampoo) - für alle Blondinen: NICHT DARIN BADEN!!! (falls doch: weicht eure haare danach in Vitamin C Brausetabletten ein-das begrenzt den Schaden) NIEMALS würde ich dort nochmal unterkommen!!!!

豪華リゾートではありませんが、落ち着いた雰囲気、接客、部屋の広さ清潔さ、小さいけどゆったりできるプールなど価格と比較して満足できる小規模ホテルです。安いときには一部屋60US＄程度で泊まれますので、英語ができて、足が確保できる方なら選択肢に入ってくると思います。 難点はウブド中心部へのアクセス。シャトルサービスは1時間に1本程度と使いにくく、タクシー前提となります。ウブドエリアはGrabは2019年時点では使えません。また中華系の団体さん利用があるようでカブると静かな雰囲気が壊れます。あとはレストランは味と雰囲気は悪くないのですが夕食は40分は待たされます。（調理が遅いのはバリ島あるある） とはいえコスパは高いホテルです。

Beautiful resort but unaccomodating staff

The resort itself was beautiful. Great spot to unwind and relax. The customer service for such a high rated resort in ubud needs a lot of work, sadly not very accommodating and language was quite a barrier sadly. The Shuttle service to ubud needs to be more frequent rather then every 2-3hrs especially when he vehicle is just sitting their for hours on end and on check out we asked if at all possible they could please drop us off at 12 to centre ubud and they said no times of shuttle are 10 and around 2pm. Less star rated places in ubud and Bali surrounds have very accommodating staff and language was no barrier. The breakfast was not hygienic and food left out should be covered as flies land on the open air food with no cover. Rooms are very clean and the resort itself is beautiful.
