Beautiful villa, amazing staff!
A beautiful private villa with lovely clean pool and very comfortable bed. Photos do not do it justice. Staff could not do enough to help, shuttle to Ubud centre at any time, room always kept clean and bed turned down, mosquito repellant incense put out each night. Even made us a breakfast box to take away on our last morning as we had to leave at 05.30am. Food was delicious. Not a bad thing to say! Highly recommend.

Lovely villa
Nefatari is a lovely place to stay. The villa is spacious, private pool delightful, breakfast delicious, and service exceptional. It is in a quiet location away from the hurley burley of Ubud. Local transport and airport transfers are included in the price. The manager, Made, and his team always go the extra mile to make a stay in Nefatari comfortable. Wifi is currently a bit erratic but a new system was being installed during our stay to improve this. We have stayed here twice for 2 weeks each visit and will definitely be back.

This is a little distant out of Ubud but they have transport in and out until 10pm which is an excellent service the villa and breakfast is very good and staff excellent. We would recommend staying here if you are visiting the Ubud area

何度泊まっても、コスパの高く快適な宿です。 新棟も綺麗ですが私は多少湿っぽい香りがしても天井部分に修繕跡があってもソファ少々シミがあっても、雰囲気のある古いチャンパカヴィラが大好きです。プールやガラス張りの部屋は他のヴィラからは見えないように工夫されて建てられており、掃除もこまめで清潔。ゲストの快適度をきちんと考えて設計されているだけあって、サービスもローカル感はありつつ適度に距離を取ってくれて快適。 8年前にはあった部屋着浴衣や冷蔵庫の中の無料ソフトドリンクがなくなっていたのは残念でしたが、相変わらず朝食もアフタヌーンティーも利用可能な時間が長いし美味しいし、いつでも頼める無料送迎サービスのドライバーも親切で好感が持てました。最後ばたばたしてしまいスタッフにチップを渡し忘れたのが心残りです。

Always happy to help and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. This includes late night food order when we arrived at 1am. Free airport pick up and transfer to next hotel as the driver was available. Free local shuttle.

Lovely welcome to Bali
Friendly and very helpful team, great villa, lots of space, good air conditioning and big beds. Food really tasty and great value, served to the villa. Satay sauce best we have had. Would recommend as great value. Not much to do within walking distance, but driver very helpful. Recommend the cookery class

The staff is very friendly and responsive. However villa has many "uninvited "guests like lizards , ants and spider. The lizards will be calling out each other at nite so for the light sleepers like me .. It was not restful. Villa also requires transport to move to Ubud town which is about 10 min ride.

A Little Bit of Paradise in Hectic Bali
Not perhaps the best location, too far out to walk into Ubud but that is the only downside. However a free shuttle service is provided on demand and worked every time for us thus minimising the locational drawback. Chalets were massive, private pool immaculate (cleaned every day) and larger than a simple plunge pool. Private enclosed yard area also included sun beds and a covered dining area - staff will bring your breakfast if you wish, will also serve afternoon tea here (inc. nice snacks) and dinner. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were extremely attentive.

extremely disappointing
advertisement for villas states view of rice fields (there were no rice fields to see),fully equipped kitchen (we had a sink nothing else ,we had to ask for a kettle and made coffee in a glass). on arrival we were shocked in reception area overlooking the fish pond which was green should have known then this was not a 4 star establishment we booked a one bed villa but was not available and were given a two bed villa then changed the next day to a one bed villa both villas extremely poor state with no kitchen facility's disappointing when paying top money. we stayed in November

Nice clean and friendly
Villas were cleaned everyday and the place was tidy. The villas had a relaxing feel to them. Loved having the private pool. Room service was excellent. Massages on site and a great price. Staff were very helpful and always smiling. Getting a lift into Ubud centre was great and they always picked you up on the time agreed. Transfers from and too airport where a great feature. It took the stress out of finding transport. We as a family wanted a relaxing week and thats what we got. ☺

Room was a little bit worn and aged. But consider about the price, that was reasonable to staying. The kind staffs and nice breakfast was good. Pickup service was convenient to move in Ubud and free round trip to airport also nice.

My sister and I stayed here for 5 days in may. Lovely staff and location out of town, with ready access to the free shuttle for drop off and pick up. Excellent service. Breakfast a bit below average although my sister thought it was good. We ordered in one night from the Italian place down the road which was great.

A must stay in Ubud
Fantastic hospitality!!! We loved our stay at Nefetari. The free shuttle service to town is really convenient and the staff bends over backwards for you. The breakfast is really good and the villa is traditional Balinese style.

The very best villa in Unud!
Beautiful villa with private pool. Huge bathroom with gorgeous outdoor shower. Staff are very courteous. Shuttle service was outstanding, they took us into town and when we called to return they pick us up within 10 minutes. Breakfast was excellent.

Had a wonderful stay there. The two bedroom pool villa is huge. Some of the best service I've ever seen. Free transfers to anywhere in Ubud at any time. The free breakfast is more than enough and was delivered to our room daily. Can't say enough about this place. We booked it based on the high reviews and were not disappointed.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in February. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and they go out of their way for anything you may need. the shuttle service was an extra bonus. They were more than happy to drop off and pick us up from anywhere at any time free if charge. Breakfast was also good and prompt. Rooms and pool were very big. More than enough for two people. We would definitely recommend these beautiful villas

Peaceful perfect stay
A very welcomed surprise that our stay completely surpassed my expectations. The staff were extremely polite, efficient and professional with all of our needs catered for. The Villa was extremely comfortable and we could have easily stayed for longer. The villa was impeccably cleaned and a good breakfast is provided. The driver on call for pickups and drop offs was the icing on the cake. I could not find fault with our stay at Nefatari and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Secluded and refreshing
We really enjoyed our time at Nefatari. It's a little way out of the main town of Ubud, but the free shuttle service they provide makes that of little concern. The staff were absolutely delightful, we felt like we were being welcomed home every evening when we returned to the villas. The restaurant had simple, local food cooked to perfection. We're already planning on going back! Only word of warning; there are two family villas at Nefatari which are next to couple suites so if you get a family with small children next to your villa - particularly if they're small children that like to scream at 5:30 in the morning - you'll hear it. That's not really the villas fault, though!

Awesome. The pictures on the website don't do the place justice. The Villa we stayed in was much better in person than it was in the pictures. It was very clean/comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was amazing, and the shuttle to Ubud with pickup from wherever you called from was really nice to have. We couldn't have been happier.

9年ぶりに宿泊しました。 スタッフは相変わらず優しい。 朝食は相変わらず美味しかったです。 9年ぶりなのでいつからサービスが変更になったかは不明ですが、以前は空港以外でも無料で送迎してくれたが、今は空港以外は別料金になってしまった。 以前はウブド内はフリーで送迎してくれたが、4箇所のみになってしまった。 でも9年前からかなり物価上昇しても宿泊料金は変わらないので仕方ないですね。

いつも素敵な心休まるヴラ
飛行機が遅れ2時間も空港で送迎待ってくれたスタッフ ありがとうござました。 ウエルカムドリンクも美味しくいつもの部屋にホッとします。 ウブド内の送迎が中心部に車が停めれなくなり王宮とモンキーフオレスト裏口にしか行けなくなり少し不便でしたが、ピックアップ時間を何回も 聞いてくれて親切な対応に感謝です。 ルームサービスも朝食も美味しく頂きました。

너무 좋았어요. 빌라만 보면 엄청비싼 풀빌라들보다도 더 좋았어요. 공간들이 넓직하고 풀도 굉장히 넓고 깊은 편이에요. 야외 테이블 야외화장실 다 넓고 좋고 빌라가 전반적으로 조용했어요. 직원들은 다 친절하고 룸서비스 식사들도 저렴하고 아주 맛있어요. 특히 아이들 데리고 갔는데 너무 편했어요. 강력추천해요

아침에 룸서비스로 조식을 원하는 만큼 가져다 주고 오후에는 티서비스로 바나나튀김을 가져다주었는데 조식,티서비스 둘다 맛도괜찮았음,직원들이 친절하고 우붓지역 어느곳에 가든 데려다주고 데리러옵니다 이른아침에 운동가는것도 픽업 드랍해줬음 저희가족은 풀빌라에서 하루종일 즐길만큼 만족스러웠고 방에 모기가 없었는데 첫날 욕실에서 개미가 많아 엄청 놀랬는데 하루지나니 익숙해짐. 그래도 방안에서는 음식을 먹지않았고 밖에 식탁에서만 음식을 먹었는데 빨리 치우지 않으면 개미가 금방 나타남...개미 빼고는 만족스러운 곳이였어여

가격대비 만족도가 높은 숙소였어요. 세월의 흔적이 느껴지긴 하지만 낡고 지저분하단 느낌보단 오히려 편안한 느낌에 가까워요. 방 넓고, 풀빌라라 프라이빗한 공간에서 3박하면서 내내 즐거웠어요. 룸서비스 금액도 시내 레스토랑보다 저렴해 부담없이 이용할 수 있었어요. 다음에 우붓 가더라도 다시 묵고 싶네요.

さりげなく予定を聞いて、臨機応変にこちらの意向に沿うように対応してくれる。 誠実で優しいクトゥさん&お名前を聞けなかったけれど、空港・次の宿泊先まで送ってくれたいつも素敵な笑顔で日本語で話しかけてくれる優しいドライバーさん、丁寧でいつも可愛い笑顔で迎えてくれるフロントデスクの女性、朝お庭掃除に来てくれる誠実な男の子。他にも素敵なスタッフばかりでした。 GW旅行のバリ島は毎回ウブドから始まるのですが、この3年間は何故だかnefatariに戻って来てしまう心地良さがあります。 今年は欧米人のファミリーやカップルがとても多く宿泊しているようで、珍しく施設内でよくすれ違ったり、ウブド内の送迎シャトルで一緒になる機会がありました。 nefatari人気納得です。

虫が苦手な人はどうかなぁ
ホテルのスタッフはとても感じ良く親切でした。朝食も美味しく、フレンチトーストが特に気に入りました。ナシゴレン、ミーゴレンは、辛いのがとても苦手な私にはちょっと辛かったです。 ヴィラも広く快適でしたが、雨が降るたびに半室外のバスルームがびしょ濡れで泥が跳ね上がってました。 小さな虫も多く、バスタブにお湯をためている間に湯船にどんどん虫さん投入状態です！ 苦手な方はちょっとキツイかも！ 同じく室外のダイニングエリアにあるコーヒーカップも虫だらけで、結局使ってません。 もちろん毎日新しく綺麗にしてくれてますが、電気をつけてしまうとどうしても寄って来ますね！
