Don't trust these guys
I would never recommend this hotel. They double booked us and we didn't have anywhere to stay the first night, we were charged through visa but then they told us later that they didn't accept visa and that they only took cash. So we were charged for 5 nights on visa when we didn't even stay there for 5 and then 4 nights cash. They also double booked another couple that came on our first night.

The bungalows are really clean and in beautiful surroundings. Jl bisma has restaurants and bars on so good location.

Very basic.
It's okay to be very basic, but the description, then, should not say it provides "Complimentary bottled water" and "Complimentary toiletries." I paid more for "Superior" which was no different than "Standard." Struggled to find a place to hang a towel, even. The breakfast served on the balcony was lovely.

Very clean and new hotel
Everything was good for me. you can not find any other hotel with this reasonable price in Ubut. The only thing i concern is location. you could feel it is little bit far from the center of Ubut. However, the street that you would pass by will make you happy. the view was great.

Great value for money
Nice and helpful staff. Very convenient and flexible check-out, cleaning and breakfast times. They serve your breakfast whenever you are ready and they clean your room as soon as you leave for the day's adventures! Very service-minded! The main road in Ubud is a 10-15 minutes walk away, but there is many restaurants, supermarkets and laundry services on the same road as Jaya Bungalow. Overall a nice place to stay at!

Great place, a little off
The place i very nice. Staff is very helpful and caring. Overall I would highly recomend it. It's a bit of though because you have to walk in darkness on sandy path for 10 min. But still just 15 min to monkey forest. Their pool was under construction . Other than that the place was Awesome.
