Nice but secluded

This hotel is secluded and quiet. It is quite far from the main street but this hotel would be ideal for someone or family that wants some peace and quiet. Since this hotel is open air in the kitchen, make sure to bring some bug spray so you wont get attacked by mosquitos. Overall, this hotel is clean, but far from restaurants and convenient stores.

World Class Beauty

From the moment we pulled up to the drop off point we were greeted by a buggy to take us round the much narrower paths to reception. For us this truly was not an inconvenience a short walk should you chose not to utilize their buggy but great to have upon arriving and leaving with all your luggage. We stayed in their Joglo 1 bdrm villa and it was incredible! Beautifully detailed with a real luxurious taste of bali which is exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was lovely each morning and the ricefield walks to get to the day club were easy and close by. Our room was serviced daily and all staff were uncredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too hard. Just out front of our villa was a place called Kiki's cafe where we had 2 mains of nasi goreng for just $1.40NZD. Yes, you read that right. Buddy & Dinda here are a lovely and run this small cafe for lunches and dinners if you just need a bite. Beer and soft drinks available as well as her amazing kombucha she makes. We enjoyed our time together here relaxing without our children, but will be back to stay here again but in a bigger villa to accommodate as they also do 3bdrm Villas. Thank you again for your world class service and gorgeous villa accommodation.

QUITE ENJOYED CANDY VILLA....FOR A SHORT STAY!

The villa is absolutely gorgeous! Very firm beds (which can be expected throughout Asia) but apart from that, it was lovely. The bedrooms could do with a bench or a seat - somewhere to put your suitcase instead of just having it plonked on the floor. The bedside tables upstairs were tilted down at a 20-degree angle. Not sure how the lamps didn't fall off....but they need to be fixed. Staff were lovely and very hospitable as you would expect in Bali. One downside is the location. It was almost IMPOSSIBLE to find (almost no signage)....and it was about a 500m walk from the car park to our villa. No taxis come down that dead-end street, so getting into central Ubud could be a chore getting a taxi to come out and find the place. The villas (there are several) do offer a shuttle bus into central Ubud once or twice a day. The pool was amazing and very relaxing - it is usually very quiet in the area. Great for a short stay as getting into town was a bit of a hassle!

Ce fut l’un des plus beaux voyage de notre vie. L’attention que porte le personnel à sa clientèle est incomparable. La villa était toujours propre et confortable. La piscine à la villa est un plus pour tous voyageur qui désirent séjourner plus de quelques jours. Nous y sommes resté 3 semaines dans le but de vraiment relaxer et c’est mission accomplie. Nous quittons avec la larme à l’œil.

WOW! what can we say about this villa. This was our best vacation yet! The stay was nothing short of amazing! We enjoyed every bit of this stay and even teared a little when we left. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Specially Adit who was so wonderful and helpful with local information and helping arrange special activities, and motor bike rental so much that we felt as if we left a friend behind. The Cinnamon villa is gorgeous and the location is perfect if you are looking to relax away from crowds or traffic. It's really so peaceful! We already want to return.
