Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön! Tolles Zimmer, toller Pool! Jedoch hatten wir (zum Glück) nur draußen eine Ameisenplage. Wäsche Service sowie es auf der Website steht ist leider nicht nutzbar. Zimmer werden jeden Tag sauber gemacht, jedoch kamen wir einen Tag abends von einem Ausflug zurück und unsere Villa stand offen (mind. 6h), das war echt gar nicht cool. Personal war zum einen Teil sehr nett, aber auch sehr hintenrum, gerade die Damen an der Rezeption. Der Fahrer drängte sich ständig auf mit Angeboten wo er uns überall hinfahren kann, das war dann schon teilweise nervig, weil wir entweder schon einen anderen Fahrer gebucht hatten oder ganz oft gesagt hatten dass wir keinen benötigen. Wir konnten uns dem kostenlosen Shuttle nach Ubud reinfahren lassen (Fahrtweg je nach Verkehr ca. 15-20min).
