Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here, high in the mountains. Staff were lovely, beds hard, room was clean air con was good. The property needs some restoration a little run down but overall still enjoyed our time there.

The kettle that was in my room was dirty and rusty brought it up to staff. Rainshowerhead not Working and bathroom sink ready to fall out. Staffs are very friendly. But the hotel need to Refurbish.

Friendly staff, who accommodated a refund on a non-refundable booking, but a few issues: Website says close to Ubud. It’s actually quite far and whilst a free shuttle is offered. The timings are very restrictive, with last shuttle back at 5.30pm. Ubud comes to life in the evening and they should provide a shuttle until 10pm, like other hotels. It takes about 40mins to get into Ubud on 12.30pm shuttle due to traffic. The resort is otherwise very isolated. Website does a great sell, but it is quite far away, and certainly not walkable (side streets and poor lighting) in the dark. The room smelt of damp and the door didn’t lock without a struggle and a lot of force. There were ants in the watermelon juice, and breakfast option quite limited. Finally, the thing that forced me to leave was their website advertises the availability of a gym that was essential for me to have on going rehab for an injury. Unfortunately gym was closed for an unspecified length of time, which meant that I couldn’t do my physio rehab. Accordingly, I had no option but to leave. On a positive, I wanted somewhere quiet and in the forest, and this place is just that. However, plenty of options for the same closer to town, and actually in town (though with a phished price tag)

Staying at Anahata was one of the best experiences I've had. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and well taken care of and any requests we had were fulfilled expeditiously. Truly an amazing spot, and it's a very beautiful location to reside at.

Nothing tbh, too dirty. Not clean and tbh it is a scam. Unlike how it looks in the pictures, the price is very high to the quality. Wrong information about the location, it says 13 minutes walking to Ubud attractions but infact its 35 minutes plus by car. And add to that no refund on this once I cancelled. I checked in and checked out in one hour couldn’t stay more. Please refund my money

This resort's advertising is false and misleading. On the website, a short video displays a functioning gym and a yoga room. Neither exist on the property. The rooms are absolutely filthy with urine stains around the toilet floor. The room was advertised with a balcony. It was not a balcony. A chair could not even fit on the wooden ledge. The swimming pool was over 100 large, slippery steps which were covered in moss making it dangerous to make the journey. The property has not been maintained. The manager was smug and rude with a cigarette hanging from his mouth when he denied that he had advertised a gym and yoga room. He refused to move me. The air conditioning broke in my room and I was moved to another room. The toilet broke in the next room and that didn't even have a "ledge". I could not wait to leave this resort. By law, it should be shut down before someone has an accident.

Большая вилла, нам сделали апгрейд, свой бассейн, завтрак слабенький. на ужин готовят вкусно, есть бесплатный трансфер в убуд, русских не было, персонал очень приветливый и заботливый, местоположение крутое, виды очень классные, большой бассейн был всегда только для нас, стоит спец оборудование которое по всей территории отганяет комаров. очень хорошее место, хочется рекомендовать

I stayed at the Sheraton Resort in Kuta Beach prior to this but this hotel has been much more impressive! Everything is amazing here and there is nothing to complain about. I have been surprised with literally everything: welcome drink, the size and quality of my room, quality of the soap, quality of the food, size of the property, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, environmentally friendly paper paper packaging of toiletries, maintenance of the outdoor areas under a jungle canopy... the list goes on and on. Have fun exploring the property, waking down the stairs to the public pool (if you don’t have your own private one!), continuing further down to the private river access, crossing the river to view the waterfall... staff have been awesome, you can tel they all have great attention to detail. I love this place and booked a second night! It’s secluded enough to make you feel alone in the jungle, yet really only a short scooter ride to the main attractions of the area. Great location!

It was good, but not enough to come back

The place was outside the hustle and bustle but was way too far for my liking. Place did offer lift service into town but was very limited till 5:30 PM as a last server is a no go zone. Another downside was the gym was under maintenance the whole time we were there this was the main reason we booked Anahata and to see this was the case was a major bummer. Place had its own share of bugs but that’s what you get when you are in Ubud so love that :)! Bed was very comfortable and everyone was helpful when you need them to.

We stayed here for 3 nights during our visit on Bali. We were so surprised with the property as it’s much more beautiful than the photos show. We booked a villa with a pool and absolutely adored the view from our room. The hotel facilities and staff are formidable. We also ordered room service for dinner one night and were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of food: delicious, fresh and presented beautifully. Strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants a romantic stay in beautiful Ubud.

Einfach Top. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in eine große Villa bekommen. Frühstück sehr lecker uns ausreichend. Personal mega freundlich. Unterkunft ist mitten im Dschungel. Mit Roller ist man in 10 Minuten in Ubud. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice place :)

Having a room with a private pool is great and the views are amazing. There are a lot of steps though so definitely wouldn’t recommend for older people or probably people with children. The resort itself was good- staff were friendly and breakfast was good. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Ubud central and is a very secluded location.

Amazing! We loved this hotel. Our villa was gorgeous and we had a lovely view into the jungle (we even got woken up by monkeys one morning). All the staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was lovely. Only slight thing is that it isn’t in walking distance of much. Didn’t affect us too much as we had things booked but something to think about. Overall brilliant and would definitely come back.
