「First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to...

「Wawa right outside the hotel within walking distance, room was immaculate and smelled lovely. Bathroom was very modern and well lit. Room had ironing board, microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Staff was fantastic. Water was available in the lobby and they served breakfast and had coffee in the morning. Will be returning.」

「Property was fine disappointed in area near the property primarily downtown mall. Alot of Homeless laying around area, alot of shops closed and pot prevalent, stinch.」

「Sleep Inn was perfect for our trip into Charlottesville for a football game. It is convenient to the interstate and a quick drive into town to visit The Mall or shopping destinations. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive.」
