「We were given a brand new, huge room in the recent extension. Everything about the hotel, staff and food was excellent.」

「Lovely old hotel next to the river. Room was spacious and well appointed. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good parking. Restaurant and bar with riverside seating.」

「Lovely quirky guest house, steeped in military history, great location, fabulous breakfast cooked fresh to order by friendly and welcoming chef. Relaxed public areas, spacious rooms with great sea view.」

「Welcoming helpful staff. Late-Afternoon meal needed re-cooking after not being cooked to requested quality. On return to hotel after a theatre show, found the bar already closing at 22:20 - rather early. Room was basic but clean enough. Bathroom radiator was very tatty, spoiling otherwise clean bathroom.」

「The Swan Motel was amazing our room was glorious and the decor was stunning Our room was huge and the bed so comfy everything about this motel is superb from the staff the bar the food and the room We loved it so much we booked an extra night and we will definitely be bavk」

「Radiator not working so room was cold, tap on bath rattling and water spurting out took ages to fill bath. Shared room with a dozen ladybirds..canteen downstairs never open. Unlocked and unsafe left luggage hall.i came fownstairs a few times about radiator in the night and noonf on reception rang number on desk but it wasnt regonised. Reception not manned at all times.. the room was big and lovely and location good.」
