"Staff was helpful with any question at any time. Easy on/off the highway. We stopped there to avoid rush hour traffic through Cincinnati, and were able to grab the breakfast and leave by 6:30 am, sailing through the city at that time. The breakfast was fairly good, with freshly scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy at the hot station, and cold cereal and fruit available as well. Highway noise could be heard all night but more as a white noise. For us, the easy on/off was worth the noise and it didn’t disturb our sleep."

"The room and bathroom were clean; although the lighting in the bathroom is dim. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The air handler unit was extremely noisy & the noise from adjoining room a problem. I did ask the front desk to contact the people and the noise issue was resolved. The doors all slam if they are not shut slowly. The staff is helpful and courteous and they do their best with what they have. The one morning I went to the breakfast room to eat at 9:15 am, it was closed. I think 10:00 am is more appropriate and the standard for the other hotels we stayed at on our road trip from Oregon (4 others). There are only a couple of stores and restaurants close enough to walk to - Waffle House & a convenience store. This is more of a value hotel than a mid-comfort hotel. "

"The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. "

"The staff was very helpful and took care of our needs. Our TV went out in our room but they took care of it right away. Only thing in that we missed was that there was no fruit juice for the Continental breakfast. Other than that, we had a good stay."

"Never again. The pictures they show you on the booking site are clearly stock photos because the actual rooms are nowhere near as clean and nice as what's pictured. The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke. The carpet was very dirty. We were moved to a different room in which the bathroom sink did not function well. The beds were very hard. We might as well have been sleeping on the floor. The breakfast "buffet" was the worst I have ever seen. There was cereal but no milk. No napkins were to be found anywhere. The tables in the dining area were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned since the day before. There were food crumbs all over. The location of the hotel is good but that's about the only good thing I can say about this hotel. "

"Great place and location but internet didn’t work for entire three days I was there. I get safari but internet wouldn’t work in my rooms I had to go to my car and drive a few blocks away to get service.the property and carrier couldn’t fix it as lotsa people weee pissed. I hate to complain but it kind of screwed up the stay. All else was really good."
